Want to know why your web page load slow. Here is a simple and powerful Mozilla Firefox add-on tool known as YSlow that analyzes web pages and tells you why they’re slow based on Yahoo’s rules for high performance web sites.
YSlow gives you :
- Performance report card
- HTTP/HTML summary
- List of components in the page
- Tools including JSLint
Requirements :
- You must have Mozilla Firefox. (You can download it from Right Sidebar for free)
- You must have Firebug add-on installed in your Firefox. In case you do not have, you can install Firebug from here.

puting 15 post in homepage make it slow. 10 or beow 10 post are adviseable.
Slow web page load?
trying to go to this web page which is a Boy Scout web page. My other computer loads just fine.All other pages do fine on my computer. Runing Norton 360 but don’t see a reason why this page want load. Other Scout sites from this group want load well either. I am running high speed DSL and it takes over a five minutes.It is only tghis page and one associated with the Scout links.
