Windows usually becomes slow when disk drives heads move too much while reading the files. This is the main reason why a system hangs and often crashes. We can defragment our system without using any software goto any drive Right click>>properties>>Tools>>select Defragment now that’s all
New tools and application uses advance methods thus giving better results. Yes, you can do it in that way also.
