Well Gagan, you might have noticed premium publishers DO violate adsense tos which apply for us. If you observe top news sites, they do many things which might be against googles policies for normal publishers - like ad refreshing, popupos, pop unders, iframe etc.

Premium publishers can also place their ads on adult and gambling sites which is NONO for us. [<a href="http://www.devilsworkshop.org/check-google-adsense-premium-ad-unit-in-action/" rel="nofollow">Source</a>]

Hey Gaganpreet,

Yup, we're a premium publisher and we've been speaking to Adsense about trying new placements this week. We made a change to the ads last night but I don't think any of us noticed the dropdown issue. Tend to agree that one isn't ideal and we're toggling it off for now.

Thx for the heads up,

--Pete
