If you are bored with the old Wordpress login screen and want to rebrand it, here is a simple tutorial that will help you in changing the look of your Wordpress Login Screen.

I am going to tell you, how you can change the Wordpress logo that appears in the login page by default to your own customized one.  I’ll be telling you both manual and automatic way of changing the logo.Lets start :

Manual Way

• Open any FTP client and login to your site.
• Now, open wp-admin folder and go to images folder
• In the images folder, search for logo-login.gif file and replace it with your own logo file. Make sure that the name of your logo file should be logo-login and should be in gif format.

If you have good command over CSS, then you can also change basic settings like background etc in the login.css located in the same wp-admin/css folder.

Automatic Way

If you are too lazy like me and do not want to do any manual job, then I have another solution for you. Simply, download and install the plugin called Custom Admin Branding that allows you to re-brand the Wordpress login screen, the admin header and footer with your own custom images.
