McAfee Ties With Facebook To Promote Its AntiVirus Software

In a bid to promote its own antivirus software, McAfee has joined hands with social networking site Facebook. McAfee claims that the partnership is the first of its kind which provides security to the Internet and reduces cyber crime. As a part of the partnership both the firms have decided to create security solutions which includes McAfee security software along with education materials and custom scanning.

In order to enjoy the services, all users need to do is to visit McAfee’s Facebook page and click on Like McAfee. Then some steps and procedures are to be followed and users can get their subscription free of cost. The subscription will be applicable for 6 months following which users are offered additional subscription at discounted rates. Only one sucbscription per Facebook account is allowed. McAfee is one of the most popular anti-virus software around the world and its user base is ever increasing.
